The TS series lifting system features compact size, light weight, high load capacity, and convenient, flexible installation, making it especially suitable for lifting heavy components in confined spaces or indoors. The TS series hydraulic lifting system is a wire rope lifting and gravity device composed of automatic anchors, main lifting jacks, hydraulic pump stations, lowering auxiliary pumps, electrical control boxes, or computerized control systems. It can intermittently and continuously lift heavy loads to the required design height, enabling synchronized lifting and lowering across multiple units. This system offers smooth lifting operations, high safety, adjustable lifting speed, rational structural design, flexible rigging, and easy maintenance.

The CNC lifting system uses wireless computer control, with one pump station controlling one or more lifting jacks. Lifting speeds range from 0 to 10 meters per hour, and a single computer can simultaneously control up to 16 jacks. The entire lifting and lowering process is fully automated via the system, completed with just one button press. The system independently controls each jack to ensure precise synchronization, with a synchronization error as low as 5 mm. Users may also opt for long-range sensors that directly utilize the lifted component for control.

The lifting jack anchorage system has reverse-motion self-locking capability, ensuring high safety during lifting operations, and allows reliable long-term locking of components at any position during the lifting process.

Low-relaxation steel strand cables are used, allowing unlimited lifting height provided proper load-bearing attachment points are selected. By expanding and combining lifting equipment configurations, there are no limitations on lifting capacity, span, or area.
